2. Product Information

• The SkyHex tent is designed for outdoor use in various weather conditions but is not guaranteed against extreme weather events.

• Each tent is inspected for quality and functionality before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website, Retrotents.com, and full payment is required at the time of purchase.

• Prices listed include applicable taxes but exclude shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

• Accepted payment methods include all major credit/debit cards and other payment options listed on our website.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery times vary based on location and availability. We provide estimated delivery dates upon order confirmation but cannot guarantee these dates.

• Retrotents.com is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping providers or factors beyond our control, such as customs or weather.

5. Cancellations and Returns

• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order for a full refund.

• If you wish to return the tent, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted if the tent is in its original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Warranty

• The SkyHex tent comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

• Always ensure the tent is clean and dry before storage to prevent mold, mildew, or material degradation.

• The tent should not be used in extreme weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds, or snowstorms) as it is not designed to withstand such conditions.

• Retrotents.com is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow instructions.

• By using the SkyHex tent, you agree to indemnify and hold Retrotents.com harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse, mishandling, or negligent use of the tent, including but not limited to damage caused by weather, accidents, or failure to follow instructions.

• We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of property, income, or any other economic loss resulting from the use of the SkyHex tent.
